50 DJs to feature at Pisco Bar in support of Stepping Stones Living Centre hostel

An all day event set to be held at Pisco Bar KL on 9 December will help raise proceeds for the Stepping Stones Living Centre hostel for boys based in Taman Seputeh Kuala Lumpur.  "A Vicious Extravaganza" organised by locally based DJ Jonathan Charles aka Jonny Vicious will feature the creme de la creme of KL’s best electronic DJs and promoters.

Pisco Bar's music director and organiser, Jonathan said "I've been heading to this orphanage to spread some joy over the last 3 years, and I've been wanting to help them so much as no child deserves to sleep on a floor with almost no roof above their heads. The kids deserve a better place for them to be productive so we can motivate them to want to be something as they grow older. The situation they are in right now gives them no chance at bettering themselves and I believe it is our social responsibility to help"

The Charity event which starts at 3pm will feature more than 50 DJs from the likes of Art xtreme Media, Kyo KL, Dictatorship, Connected, Ohrwurm, The Return of Bliss, Pisco Bar, Jiro, Daydream, The W Kuala Lumpur, Wonderwomen, Under 9, Iron Fairies,  Soul De Anima and Mile High Sounds will be playing a diverse range of music across two distinct areas over the course of 12 hours.

All the cover charge, a percentage of proceeds from the bar and any cash raised during various activity throughout the day will go toward this charity to sponsor the refurbishment and provide a list of items needed at both the living center and boys dormitory. Jonny and his team will also create an outline of what the children could pursue as a career once done with school - age 15 and above.

The situation they are in right now gives them no chance to bettering themselves and I believe it is our social responsibility to help" said Jonathan
