Ohrwurm's Alam goes Live this Saturday with Jeneral Kai & Click2Klick

He's been laying down the beats from home the past few months on a special celebration with his 20 years of DJ'ing; with Alam deciding to present 20 different shows this year.

Over the years, he's also been doing countless streams and live streams for other outlets such as Pisco Bar, Mile High Sounds, Beatmilitia, Barrio, @areyouprivi and more.

One of the most respected figures in KL underground scene and Kyo KL resident DJ, from gaining popularity in Melbourne in the middle 2000s, hosting his own night at some prolific venues, he finally returned to KL after seven years and joined Ohrwurm, one of the well-respected underground music movements as a third party.

This Saturday: Session 18. It's the 2nd last guest Session before the Finale! This is a special one as he'll be playing back2back with one of our scene's legendary maestros - Gabriel AKA Jeneral Kai, whom Alam sees as a huge inspiration when he first started Djing. With a Djing history screaming back to the 1980s in his birth home of Singapore, to the mid-90s when he started basing himself in KL, and especially during the late 90s into the new millennium 2000s era, Gabriel was playing alongside practically most of the biggest names in the industry (from his b2b with Carl Cox to sharing the decks with Sasha, Richie Hawtin, Sven Vath, and many more), running the top events in town, and headlining all the maddest local parties this city has ever seen.

Joining them this Saturday on the live stream, let's not the forget the dynamic duo Click2Klick (C2K) aka Funkayrol and Adam Khan of Beatmilitia fame. They'll be showcasing a special reunion with a special warmup exclusively for this Livestream.

You won't want to miss this - live via Mixcloud. Tune in this Saturday 28 November 2020 from 10 pm onwards mixcloud.com/live/alam for Alam Presents 20 Years of DJ'ing. More plus past gigs at www.youtube.com/
