Fame Studio Malaysia brings to Malaysia a one of a kind Argentine Tango concert performance titled Scent of Tango on 23 March 2019. Borrowing its name from the popular movie, Scent of a Woman, the event will feature Argentine Tango music and its dance culture. The two-pronged event – a concert show with a live performance from renowned artistes – will be featuring the world’s top performers namely Sebastian Acosta and Laura D’Anna, the champions of Mundial World Tango 2014, and Roberto Castillo and Julieta Biscione, Argentine Professional Stage Tango Dancers.

Occasionally known as the Ee Jeng Trio, Ee Jeng, Arthur and Daniel Foong are highly in-demand professional musicians within the pop and jazz scene, both locally and internationally, who enjoy interpreting and performing modern jazz, R&B and soul music. Under their performing credentials are some familiar names like Dato’ Sheila Majid, Michael Veerapen, Mokhtar Samba and Jackie Cheung.
Performing alongside the talented trio is saxophonist and flautist, Julian Chan. He graduated with a Masters degree in Jazz Performances from The Aaron Copland School of Music in New York, where he studied with jazz greats such as Antonio Hart, Michael Mossman, the late Prof. Howard Brofsky and David Berkman. Julian Chan is also an active member of one of Malaysia’s most sought-after jazz outfit, WVC Malaysian Jazz Ensemble.
