MARCH 9Warehouse Sessions #21

Featuring:

Clockwise: an alternative rock band from Sri Petaling, KL. They started out as friends teaching and learning music from one another, jamming in church with different influences of different genres from jazz, 80's and 90's rock, blues to indie rock. Lyrically deeply influenced by their faith, they hope to bring songs with a positive message to sing for the better good of this world and the world to come. Follow them: https://www.instagram.com/clockwise_music/

Tim Lim: His looks may be ordinary from the first glance, but little would strangers know that he is one of the faces of the local independent music industry. Coming from the rustic town of Ipoh, Tim hopes his music is able to create some positive vibe in local music scene.  With 2 albums and an online EP to his name, the songs are aimed at reaching out to people with a theme that reflects on decisions we make in life and the challenges we face as it can be a learning experience where we can see our strengths and weaknesses as long we have the learning passion that drives us all. Follow him: https://www.instagram.com/timlim12/

Ash: Armed with just a guitar and her soothing voice, and her eclectic blend of soul, RnB and bossa nova, Ash is a KL-based singer-songwriter who has just begun her journey into the performing arts. Often spotted at indie haunts such as The Bee, The KL Journal, Merdekarya and PLOY, she uses the stage to sing stories of her personal experiences with a subtle mix of melancholy and sensuality complimented with her delicate guitar playing style. With a decent repertoire of originals and covers under her belt so far, expect to see more of her in the near future as her journey has just begun. Follow her: https://www.instagram.com/ashneese/
