After 10 years in the business of comedy entertainment, LOL Events recently announced its rebranding to LOL Asia to idealise its growth in the live performance and content production market. The company has done more than 450 shows with nearly 300 comedians entertaining millions of comedy fans.
Milestones include breaking sales records with Russell Peters, 3 seasons producing comedy series Comedy Central Stand, Up Asia and bringing big international artists such as David Blaine, Gabriel Iglesias, Jeff Dunham, Eddie Izzard, Margaret Cho and most recently Kevin Hart. LOL also did national and international tours with comedy artist Kumar, Joanne Kam and Ahmed Ahmed.
To celebrate their 10 year anniversary, LOL Asia is launching a brand new show called “The Big LOL Show” with some of the best comedians in the region. The show is in a comedy variety format with musicals, dance, agony uncles, experiential and stand-up, utilising 10 years of experience to design a multi-sensory comedy show that promises to blow the audience away.
Following the BIG LOL Show, multiple shows will be announced, starting with a highly charged improv comedy show called “AIIA & Friends”. Next will be multiple local show productions, international shows and exciting content projects.

Like the popular TV show Whose Line Is It Anyway, the show will blend performers ingenuity with audiences’ suggestions to form a unique show with challenging games and short sketches all executed naturally impromptu.
