Man Bai, the man who brought us “Kau Ilhamku “in the 90’s and the former frontman for the 80’s band Gersang will be playing a special showcase with a special guest appearance from Rahim Maarof for one night only at No Black Tie on Tuesday, 30th October 2018.
This multi award winning singer-songwriter has won numerous awards over the span of his career, including Best Solo Artist (AIM – Anugerah Industry Musik 1996) and has three solo albums under his belt.
MANBAI performs for the first time in front of the NBT crowd rather than being behind the scenes at one of his favourite KL venues. No Black Tie holds a special place in MANBAI’s heart – the place he goes to hear the tunes that he so loves and he was also one of the first few sound engineers for the venue!

Rahim Maarof, the influential rock singer started his career way back in the 70s. Dominating the Malaysian and Indonesian music industry with his hit songs one after another for the last 30 years. His success earned him the title of ‘Malaysian Godfather of Rock’.
