Phil K. Lee: whose own beginnings in the local scene dates back to a decade ago at least. Legal eagle by day, barely legal by night, he’s one of KL’s most sought-after DJ since winning the Found@Thirst DJ Championship in 2010. Regarded by many as a truly talented and motivated performer, Phil has been known to deliver top drawer progressive house and progressive trance journeys, as well as disco, housey vibes, sometimes with occasional cohort Nigel Kraal on guitar as the duo Mixed Emoji.
And then there’s the new generation, the likes of Suhan, Areel, Eden and Izmir who have burning up the trance vibes the past year at Reincarnation and more.
