The Daydream Pool Party hits Edition 13 this Sunday after a move last week to pioneer KL Roof Top Lounge Luna Bar. With an exciting new pool venue (for Daydream) and the iconic twins towers as a backdrop, as well as the mighty KL Tower, expect nine hours of poolside fun starting from 3pm till midnight, featuring local and international DJs and performers covering dance music from hip hop to sunset chill house to techno and basically everything in between, at what’s been the most talked about Sunday party in town, brought to you by a collaboration of passionate people; Alex Martin Productions, Hi Volt Productions and Mantra Bar.
What started as an idea for something of a day to just chill, watch the sunset after having a crazy week in and out about town, it has grown to be really more of a “weekend continuation party” for clubbers.
Looking at this Sunday then, it’s Cruise Control and Daydream brings you the fourth of the pre Parties for the upcoming cruise festival It’s The Ship 2017, Asia’s largest festival at sea, set to sail from Singapore in November. Joining Daydream residents Alex Martin, Kuma and J-Sun, Helmie and Kooler, with Calvin Clarke on percussions, will be Aaron Fevah and Axman on saxophone.
Aaron has been winning dancefloors the world over throughout his career that spans more than 15 years flying the flag of the underground, as a promoter and resident DJ in his homeland. In and around the capital to European and Australasian DJ Tours and massive Bank Holiday events, Aaron has garnered critical acclaim with his inimitable style that truly showcases his unique understanding of the underground club culture.
Aaron now calls Koh Phangan, Thailand his home and for a whopping eight years, had been a resident at the Mellow Mountain club, one of the most popular Full Moon party venues on the island, besides promoting and marketing the Open Air & Vinyl Warriors Events on the Island with fellow expat and local Thai cohorts. His devastating dancefloor excursions leave many with a sense of pure bliss, with carefully curated sets ranging from deep, funky and tech vibes of the house and techno genres.
It’s gonna be a special night with the afterparty after midnight heading to Sundaze at Elysium Bar & Terrace featuring Otherkind, Mantis and guests.
