Signed to 1Hundred Records, the new local boutique recording studio 1Hundred Studio, singer/song writer Abby Simone will be live on stage at Le Noir KL this coming Saturday 29 February from 10 pm. Abby has been writing out her emotions since she was 15 with what started out as poems later turned to songs, writing about love, breakups, make-ups and how she's struggled to get to where she is right now.
Some people find it easy to share their stories online, but Abby turns her stories to songs and hopes listeners relate and realise that they aren't the only ones feeling the way they do.
When she's not performing her originals, she takes on R&B and pop songs and twists them to make them her own. Her stylistic approach is why people are drawn to her stories, because she never settles to please everyone, instead stands out and reminds herself that staying true to herself is one of her few satisfactions in this musical journey.
DJ Mie wil be in the mix for the night as well.
