KUMA's monthly Techno all-nighter returns this Friday at Le Noir

The Underground Techno night VOOP takes place once a month on a Friday night (27 December) at Le Noir in the club room where some of the rawest and the most industrial techno proposals come together. It’s where KL’s techno stalwart KUMA plays an all-nighter from open to close - solo for 6 to 7 hours.

It’s currently the techno temple in KL for the alternative clubbers seeking darker, energetic and newer sounds away from the big media spotlights. VOOP focuses solely and exclusively on techno music as in whole and the vibes that it brings to the brand's parties, according to KUMA. KUMA also plays annually in Berlin’s most cutting edge underground spaces like Sisyphos, and has made numerous appearances in clubs and festivals across Asia and Europe over the past decade.

And there’s more coming from VOOP.  2020 is set to kick off with the brands first international showcase heading to Yangon, Myanmar and its signature all night long TECHNO party hosted by Kuma, at Yangon’s one and only venue that hosts underground electronic music nights LEVEL 2. A label – VOOP Recordings is also in the pipeline.
