One very special night is on the cards at Pisco Bar this Friday 14 December 2018 as Boogie Magnifique presents Felix Dickinson (UK) with Gregoire Pagnoux in residence.
Felix has been part of the UK's underground dance scene for the last 3 decades, learning his trade DJing at free parties and illegal raves and co-founding his first record label Ugly Music in the 90's. He's produced records for well renowned record labels worldwide including DFA, Rush Hour, Eskimo, Golf Channel, Claremont 56, Futureboogie and his own label Cynic. Recently he's been getting a lot more attention due to his high profile residencies for Block 9 at Glastonbury and Croatia's Love International/Garden festival and has secured slots at well known clubs and festivals including Fabric, Panorama Bar, DC10, and Houghton Festival.
Boogie Magnifique resident Gregoire Pagnoux has performed all across Asia for clubs and festivals: from Beijing to Bali, Tokyo to Taipei and most S.E.A capital cities in between, yet KL remains his home for the past 20 years. Starting his DJ career in Paris back in 1994, he moved to KL by 1999 where he hooked up with birds of same feathers, paving the way to establish himself as a dance music trendsetter in the country. Decades have passed since he landed in KL, organised countless events, managed the entertainment for many clubs, including the likes of Movement, Carbon, TwelveSI, Cynna, Skybar and many more, and yet his passion for music electronic has only grown wiser along the way.
