After an inaugural Season of FTR presents weekly live streams from June to October last year, Follow The Rabbit continues with Season 2.
Hosted by the Follow The Rabbit theme party series, broadcasting live from their psychedelic rabbit hole. This Thursday 10 pm, accompanied with new visual effects in a mixed reality live stream, fifth guest this year and this Season 2 – KL's Ohrwurm's Alam takes you on a futuristic roll of a journey.
Recognized as one of the prominent figures in the Malaysian underground scene with over 20 years in the industry, Alam has proven himself to be considered as one of the pioneers firing up the local and international scene with his upfront house and techno grooves.
Alam joined Ohrwurm as a partner in 2012 and has appeared at major venues worldwide from Kuala Lumpur to Melbourne, Ibiza to UK, Singapore, Jakarta, Bali, Bangkok, Hong Kong and Vietnam, with highlights playing at Epizode, Circo Loco, and Egg LDN to name a few. He’s been featured on iconic shows such as Data Transmission & Mixmag and had the privilege of playing alongside a remarkable list of artists, which includes the likes of Dubfire, Seth Troxler, Joris Voorn, Nic Fanciuli, Moodymann and Stacey Pullen amongst countless others.
Follow the Rabbit, helmed by Malaysian-based DJ French Chris, has for the last half a decade and more been hosting specially themed underground parties all across Kuala Lumpur and its surroundings. Since early last year, the parties have gone online (for obvious reasons) and season 1 featured live streams featuring a cross section of DJs/producers including the likes of Jeff Jefferson, Marc Tanner, Sly Antro, DJCK, Billy C, Kuma, JonnyVicious, Brown Rice (Rimak & Lzzy), P.E.R.I, Adib, Nazreth, Aduti, Dano EF, Otherkind, Anrk, Funkayrol & Nazarud, Soothsayer, J-Sun, Xami, Pokets, Dora, French Chris and Haroldos.
This year, Season 2 has so far featured JP Lantieri, Billy C, Dangerdisko and Hebbo.
