HOC House Of Chemistry return to the Le Noir Kl roof with Miss SS, J-Sun and Low & MamaDayo playing you house music on the roof this Saturday 15 December 2018.
Miss SS is no strange name in the KL DJ industry with her djing career in music genre ranging from house and techno and occasionally soul and hip hop. Her diverse taste in music gained her a resident spins of Chemistry Recordings HOC (House Of Chemistry), one of the longest running club nights in KL. Her hard work has been proven and caught the eyes of many promoters. She’s warmed up for the likes fo of James Zabiela and DJ Falcon.
Low & MamaDayo is a sidekick project of DJ Low of Loops Collective fame, influenced by a variety of house and techno.
As an entertainment journalist, DJ and amateur/freelance musician, J-Sun has been on the fringes and in the thick of the scene for 30 years, traversing the music genres as well as the local circuit. As DJ J-Sun, he's scoured the KL scene for well over the past decade and a half. In the clubbing arena, J-Sun can trace his experiences back to partying during the glory days of the 1980s, having spent eight years studying in England from 1978 to 1986 where he began dabbling in the DJing arts playing pop and disco parties in Birmingham. Since the beginning of this millennium J-Sun has continued to refine his reputation as a provider of jazzy, groovy, deep, soulful, funky and Latin house grooves, with a dash of tech and progressive house beats, Currently, he can be found sharing the music with the Daydream Pool Parties and various appearances in KL.
House of Chemistry is a division of CHEMISTRY club night, a long standing club night created in 2008 to cater for lovers of the progressive, tech house and breaks that won many a local award in years past including Best Club Night in Juice Magazine. House of Chemistry aka HOC caters for a more intimate vibe, with housier, deeper sounds more suited for the smaller club lounges. With the roaring success of CHEMISTRY club night & DJs demand, a Malaysia's based Chemistry Recordings has been formed for tracks releases in 2009 and is now releasing music in the genres house, techno and progressive.
