KX Kuala Lumpur’s InstaFame Night takes place on 3 August 2018 featuring special guest, rising Malaysian rapper Zizi Kirana. After successful event nights featuring key movers in the Malaysian Hip Hop scene such as Altimet, SonaOne, Joe Flizzow and Aman RA, KX Kuala Lumpur’s InstaFame Night brings you another local star, rapper Zizi Kirana to perform at KX Kuala Lumpur.
Sabah born Zizi Kirna is a singer, musician, rapper, budding songwriter. Zizi started singing as early as 5 years old and frequently represented her school in singing competitions. She was also a cultural singer for the Sabah Cultural Department and RTM Sabah.
She was a finalist during the 7th Season of famed Malaysian reality show Academy Fantasia in 2009 and represented Malaysia at the Indonesian dangdut competition/reality show D’Academy Asia Season 2 in 2016.
At the end of 2009, Zizi joined the local hip hop group The Fabulous Cats. After several successful years, Zizi decided to start a new adventure in 2015 by joining Nukilan as Kirana. She then attracted the attention of Qarma Musiq with her unique voice and flexibility. After working regularly with a Malique producer on a recording demo, she is out, straightforward and deeply committed to her work. As Kirana in Nukilan, Zizi sings and raps equally well.
Zizi is now represented by Mixology Music Management and has released three singles this year already, Nakketaknak, Terkemuka (featuring Benzooloo & Sandra) and Biar.
Also performing at InstaFame on 3 August 2018 will be KX Kuala Lumpur Residents DJ Shaggz, DJ Fazzrain and MC Ashtin.
