You better believe it! Malaysia's most famous audio visual collective Altered Image is back and you get to see them live this Friday 18 January 2019 at Jiro KL.
Made up of three legendary names in the local dance music industry Callen Tham aka TheManCalledUncle, Terence C and MrNasty Didjital aka Mr. Nasty they burst onto the scene as Altered Image in 2005 by winning the Heineken Thirst competition in Malaysia, the semi finals of the Thirst Asia Pacific competition in Indonesia and finally playing second in the finals. Coming from three very different music backgrounds and influences they found a common forward thinking sound mixing cinematic visuals with electronic music adding on live FX and samples throughout their mind blowing sets. At the advent of the AV dance music scene, these three chaps were trail blazers that set a very high bar in their performances. Their unique shows shook the scene up and even went on to perform in places as far flung as Cologne and Shanghai.
This Friday sees the guys reunite behind the decks for the first time in more than a decade for a very special Reboot edition of their show and we are so excited to watch history in the making (or made even). If you were an original fan, or ever wondered what watching them was like or even a true blue dance of dance music, this is a night you simply cannot miss. See you for a boogie on the dance floor.
