APRIL 25-28: Kandang at KLPac
Back by popular demand. The Actors Studio Seni Teater Rakyat will be re-staging KANDANG as part of The Actors Studio’s 30th anniversary celebrations. The localised Bahasa Malaysia adaptation of George Orwell’s Animal Farm was first staged in 2017. It sold out even before opening night and went on to bag four awards – Best of 2017 , Best Director, Best Costume Design & Best Actor in a Leading Role – at the BOH Cameronian Arts Awards. Kandang is part of The Actors Studio's 30th anniversary celebrations made possible by Yayasan Hasanah.

This is a joint musical production by the Good Shepherd Sisters and The Actors Studio.

Euphrasia - The Musical tells the true life story of Mother Mary Euphrasia from a mischievous girl growing up in the aftermath of the French Revolution to a woman with audacious ideas for improving the lives of countless women and children back in a time when society was much more orthodox. The aspirations of Mother Mary Euphrasia live on today empowering lives, restoring rights and upholding the dignity of women and children in 73 countries in the world.

APRIL 26: T4YP Pop-up Theatre Performance: Pokok Bunian Sudah Mati
Over the course of three rehearsals, T4YP 2019 will work together with director-in-residence Tung Jit Yang to devise a site-specific piece. The site: the fallen tree at klpac. APRIL 27: Crackhouse Carnival Presents: GB Labrador (PHI)
Flying in the pride of the Philippines for Crackhouse’s 5 Year Anniversary. GB Labrador is going to be at the Crackhouse for one night only. Catch this charming and undeniably hilarious comedian in action. One of the founding members of the Comedy Revolution in the Philippines, GB is one international comic you do not want to miss. A writer for ABS, CBN, GB has performed in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Australia at the prestigious Melbourne International Comedy Festival. He’s been the first runner up at both the Jack TV’s Laffapalooza and the Hong Kong International Comedy Competition, and has torn the roof off every time he’s come to the Crackhouse.

APRIL 27/28: LFF19 x Cyrano de Bergerac
Le French Festival 2019 (MY) brings you the story of Cyrano de Bergerac. For the first time in its history, Le French Festival partners with KL Shakespeare Players -one of Malaysia’s greatest theatre companies – to produce The Story of Cyrano de Bergerac, a French theatrical masterpiece written in 1897 by Edmond Rostand. KLSP’s unique French-Malaysian version of Cyrano is bound to sweep the audience off their feet and take them on a lyrical journey like no other, performing key scenes of this classical play in contemporary English with a hint of French. APRIL 28: Stars of the West End in KL
Produced and presented by the British Theatre Playhouse in association with Worldwide Entertainment, Kuala Lumpur is set to welcome four leading stars from London's West End in an up-coming exhilarating musical show, Stars of The West End Sing The Rock Musicals.
