A special addition this Saturday 30 April 2022 is in store for Bobo KL. After 2 years of only virtual celebrations, Bobo KL finally gets to honour INTERNATIONAL JAZZ DAY ‘live and in person’ this year.
The Julian Chan Music Jazz Quintet takes to the Bobo stage for one night only featuring special guest vocalist Kirana Kay; in a program paying tribute to the music of Cannonball Adderley, one of the pioneers of “soul jazz”. Also appearing; Isaac Marvin on trumpet, AJ Popshuvit on bass, Grace Leong on piano and Adriel Wong on drums.
This Thursday and Friday (28-29) features Dani Komari. Dani - soulful, funky and electric - will showcase her recently released singles “If You Stay” and “Circles”.
Back on Monday evening, Lee Peng with Disney sing-a-long favourites, Tuesday showcases Double Aze (guitarist and singer) and Wednesdays with David Gomes.
