With the latest dishes from Marini's on 57 Restaurant, you can enjoy the warm flavours of autumn and delicious Italian cuisine. This season, earthy mushrooms and luxurious truffles are the star ingredients, and veal is the highlight protein.
Veal highlight
Veal is the star in the Vitello Tonnato and the La Milanese dishes. The Vitello Tonnato starter has roasted veal tenderloin finely sliced and served with tuna sauce, caper berries and pickled vegetables while a traditional dish inspires La Milanese and has breaded Italian veal tenderloin served with Lyonnaise potatoes, Momotaro tomato, arugula salad, shaved Grana Padano cheese and lemon caviar.
Pasta lovers will enjoy the selections available as mushrooms and truffles are incorporated into several dishes and the change in seasons has the dishes moving from light to hearty, from soups to mains.
Hearty mains
For hearty mains, guests can take their pick of white or dark meat for their choice of protein. For white meat, the Rolle’ Di Pollo offers free-range chicken roulade and If tender cuts of beef are what’s preferred, the Marini’s on 57 Restaurant offers a hearty 350g Tenderloin on the Bone with sautéed vegetables, truffle mashed potatoes, red wine sauce and Hollandaise sauce on the side.
Meat Free
Guests looking for meat-free options can enjoy the prix fixe selection that comes with the five-course Autumn Vegetarian Degustation Menu and guests can indulge in the delicate flavours of Alba white truffles which are now being served at the Marini’s on 57 Restaurant for a limited time only.
The Marini’s on 57 Autumn 2023 menu is available at the Marini’s on 57 Restaurant daily and is priced from RM38++ onwards. Degustation sets are also available from RM488++ per person for a 5-course dinner to RM1,888++ per person for an 8-course dinner. Vegetarian degustation sets are available at RM418++ per person. The Alba white truffles are available at RM98++ per gram, with a minimum order of 5g per dish.
