One of Malaysia’s most iconic rooftop destinations, Marini’s on 57 is welcoming guests back for a new dine-in experience.
The award-winning Italian contemporary fine dining restaurant has launched a five-course Italian Degustation Menu that features a selection of the establishment’s favourite dishes for only RM238++ for a limited time.
The culinary journey for the evening begins with an amuse-bouche of Scrambled Eggs and black truffles, followed by the starter of succulent Sicilian Red Prawns paired with basil béarnaise and Avruga caviar to whet the appetite. Next is the first course, a Carnaroli risotto that combines the rich yet delicate flavour of porcini mushrooms with the light nuttiness of Parmesan cheese espuma.
For the main course, guests will have to choose one of three dishes with unique flavour profiles. The Pan-seared Sea Bream with seafood guazzetto offers light, delicate flavours while the Breaded Lamb Rack with roasted potato and leek gratin balances the earthy flavours of lamb and potato with the mild sweetness of leek.
The Braised Wagyu Beef Cheeks dish, on the other hand, offers more intense flavours – the richness of Wagyu beef is combined with the crisp sweetness of celery root, earthy wild mushrooms and Parmesan cream. A Pistachio Cremeux with Cherry Compote, and Chocolate Pralines are the sweet endings to this Italian Degustation dinner.
Guests who order this prix fixe menu also have the option of pairing their meal with various fine Italian wines from Sportoletti, Podere Castorani, Anna Fendi and Bottega Gianduia for an additional RM128++.
Marini’s on 57 also offers guests a casual dining option where they can enjoy their favourite flavours, sunset hours and more while taking in the view at the spacious Marini’s on 57 Bar. The new three-course casual dining menu offers a selection of scrumptious pizzas and pasta and a delectable dessert for RM98++ or paired with delicious cocktails for RM148++.
For those looking to treat Dad to a fine Italian cuisine for Father’s Day, Marini’s on 57 has a special menu which is available from now until 4 July 2020. Enjoy a sumptuous five-course meal which includes a Pan-seared Hokkaido Scallop starter and angel hair pasta with Maine lobster. Guests will be able to choose from Roasted Cod Fish, Breaded Lamb Rack, Roasted Potato and Wagyu Beef Tenderloin (Beef Marble Score 5 and 9 available) for the main course. The Marini’s on 57 Father’s Day set is priced from RM348++ to RM488++.
