Merdekarya PJ to celebrate Twelfth Anniversary this Saturday with 10 live acts

The grassroots live music bar in the leafy suburbs of Petaling Jaya has been providing music and performances, as well as highly original music from homegrown artists, for over a dozen years.

They check in for their Twelfth Anniversary celebrations this Saturday, January 18, 2025, featuring a stellar 10 performers for the night.

Airwaves on Fire headline this night. Airwaves on Fire is a six-piece punk rock outfit from Petaling Jaya. Bringing back the vibe of the 90s/2000s rock era, audiences can always expect an electric, high-voltage show complete with headbanging beats, level-11 guitars, and killer hooks.Fueled by large quantities of cheesy pizza and fancy imported Red Bull, Airwaves on Fire is driven by their passion for bringing their music to a more global audience.

 

 

Since its inception, Airwaves on Fire has been building a name for itself in the local independent music scene. When they take the stage, audiences can always expect an electric, high voltage show complete with headbanging beats, level-11 guitars & killer hooks.

Also featuring for this special Dozenth Anniversary are bands and live acts Zuura, LamHKaron, Kien Lim, Otam, Skies Are Red, Shalini, Jazyl Adalia, Ian Tai and Jay Ridzwan.
