Pisco Bar and Barrio set up a great weekend coming up for the clubbing mind set.
At Pisco Bar downstairs Pisco Bar presents Jonna (Lumberjacks In Hell, UK) this Saturday 23 February 2019.
Jonna is a DJ, producer and one of the label owners of City Fly Records and new imprint Mysterious Works. His DJ sets are prominently house but take in influences from disco, techno, hip hop, funk, jazz, basically any music with soul. Jonna has played all over the world including residencies in Berlin. He’s a regular at festivals like Gottwood & Dimensions and has toured Asia twice.
As a producer, Jonna’s first artiste EP dropped early 2016 on Thatmanmonkz ‘Shadeleaf Music’. The EP achieved great success and sold out in the first month, supported by heavyweight’s Recloose, Jimpster and Osunlade to name a few. Jonna has also been one of the driving forces behind City Fly Records & helping it grow from being a small club night into a global record label ‘championing the best in house music'.

Former trance enthusiast turned to the dark side of techno, Alcon infuses elements of uplifting, progressive and dark energy that stirs a whirlpool of a ferocious cocktail that will give you goose bumps on the dance floor.
Taruntula is inspired by the spider species itself, maintaining a personality of calmness and only strikes when threatened. He’s always looking to blend in various psychedelic and techno beats and inject them with earthly elements. Specialised genres: psytech and dark prog.
Dedicated to music and graphics his entire life and noted for his eclectic sound, Kubika is a true music lover who plays everything from disco, house, techno to hip hop and 80s funk and pop.
Ed Dix's sound is defined by his high-octane performances and unparalleled ability to engage and connect with the crowd, propelled forward from the debris of techno, indie dance and hard drive. Essentially, his intention with his style is to make interesting club music that has emotional resonance.
A decade of playing the guitar and performing in bands expanding to DJ ing and exploring the underground, deeper and darker sounds of electronic music, ADUTI found his left-field mix of sound from Disco to Techno and everything eclectic in between during his adventures in San Francisco.
Now back home in Kuala Lumpur, ADUTI has slowly been coming up in the scene by playing various events in town. Cover charge: RM30
