This Saturday, 25 September 2021, the Publika Live Re(Start) Series RETURNS LIVE to the Black Box, MAP@Publika from 8 pm to 10.30 pm.
Publika Live Re(Start) is an initiative to revive the live performance industry in Malaysia since live events are allowed to resume from 9 September 2021. The music scene is one of the main sectors affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Come and support live acts over 3 weekends starting from 25 September 2021. Publika Live Re(Start) will showcase a host of emerging and world-class Malaysian musicians.
Featuring this Saturday for this welcome return of some Live music – Penang songstress Hazel Leong and the quartet Fazz.
Being no stranger to the scene, Hazel has graced the stage in various music festivals around Malaysia. Regardless of genre, she interprets and delivers singing skills and techniques in her lessons, where everyone can have fun expressing their confidence and passion in their own unique way.
Malaysian based Fazz's music has a good blend of cabaret, jazz, blues, pop, and swing. Theatrical, flamboyant, humorous, and passionate are what best describe Fazz. Focusing on delivering entertainment through storytelling, the band fuses theatrical broadway with modern-day poetry.

Admission: Free. Limited to 100 seats on a first come first basis following SOP. Only for those who are fully vaccinated.
