The reborn French Restaurant Fritz formerly (Brasserie Fritz), Enters a chic new space on the 23rd floor of Foster + Partners stunning development in the heart of KL, The Troika this September.
The new menu offers delicious French dishes and is open daily for dinner, and the occasional Sunday for the popular Fritz Sunday Brunch. Fritz is part of the collection of unique dining experiences christened Troika Sky Dining, created by Christian Bauer and Eddie Chew.
To celebrate its new look, it will be welcoming Dario Sirotti of Margaret River's acclaimed Fraser Gallop Estate for their first wine dinner on 21 September in the new space presenting some of the award-winning vineyard's European-style blends made from Bordeaux and Burgundy grape varietals, including the Decanter World Wine Awards Gold Medal Parterre Cabernet Sauvignon 2018.
These celebrated wines will be paired with delicious French classics such as Ricotta & Crab Quenelles and Foie Gras & Duck Sausage Cassoulet. Dinner will feature five courses and six wines at RM580++ per person.
