Elements Celebrate its fifth year anniversary by launching a collection of health conscious, wellness focused menu options for guests dining at its hotel restaurant. Expect a full range of food and beverage stations, offering healthy options and sensible choices serving a vast array of delicious Malaysian, International flavours and delicate cuisines for the Flavors at 40 buffets available for Lunch or Dinner.
Together with Boom Grow and TRACE, the concept theme for the buffet is to have fresh greens wrapped in all meals. Boom Grow is locally grown in Malaysia and at TRACE, educating the people that greens can be consumed in various methods, not just through the traditional way in a salad course. The innovation is absolutely a brilliant idea. Healthy eating is not by a choice but in a fun way.
At TRACE, the Pasta Station is definitely a hit and we recommend stopping for a sumptuous Al Dente pasta cooked straight right from the live kitchen. It’s actually absolutely YUMMY!!
Guess what else they serve at TRACE? Raisin Apricot Bread & Butter pudding topped over with their warm Vanilla Sauce. Don’t forget to get some ice cream from the ice cream station to complement it. The bread pudding is cooked moist and not overly sweet for dessert lovers who are watching their sugar levels.
TRACE, also serves varieties of meat for protein lovers, to dim sums (the kaya-green buns are thumbs up), and a variety of dishes cooked in Thai and local ways. TRACE also serves a variety of seafood for seafood lovers.
They serve an array of desserts to indulge in. Like traditional kuihs and western desserts. A little treat for adults and kids of all ages. You may want to compliment your dessert with a very nice cup of hot coffee or a cup of hot tea. They do serve good and aromatic coffee at the beverage station.
A must experience to remember if you wish to have a twist of traditional and western dining at TRACE with a spectacular view. An experience with your loved ones and also friendly to your pocket. The Flavors at 40 Lunch Buffet is available every Saturday and Sunday from 12.30 PM to 3.30 PM. Priced at RM 148 nett per adult and RM 74 nett per child.
The Flavors at 40 Dinner Buffet is available every Friday and Saturday – 6 PM to 10 PM. Priced at RM 158 nett per adult and RM79 nett per child.
