RFC Fitness, a boutique fitness centre located in KL Eco City Mall , is turning another leaf of their existence on Wednesday, June 26th 2024, celebrating its 5th anniversary. It’s an open day when club members or non members can join the specially curated program, suitable to athletes of all ages and levels of fitness.
The schedule will feature workouts by the very apt and experienced RFC coaches Marina, Billy, Joe and Farouk and a very special sound bath experience by Catherine.
7:15 am- Vinyasa Flow with Marina
5:30 pm - T3 with Billy
5:30 pm - TRX Strong (TRX room) with Joe
6:30 pm - TRX Sweat Circuit (TRX room) with Farouk
7:30 pm - T3 with Joe
8:30 pm - Soundbath by Catherine (TRX room)
There will be vendors located at the front desk area to fuel all the energy generated during the workouts : Kelava Ice Cream, offering guests a large selection of tasty and refreshing vegan ice cream, Ruits - recharging you with a variety of freshly squeezed fruit juices, Crane Upstairs, offering a selection of their exquisite mocktails and 3 Rituals -harnessing the power of sound vibrations and aromatherapy candles with Cristal to live in vitality.
DJ Biscuit will provide the soundtrack for the workouts whilst athletes will be getting their sweat on.

The celebration will continue at Crane Upstairs from 9 PM onwards with Biscuit and Sam Maybe on deck duties, making sure the RFC community gets to wind down after getting their game on at the gym.
Crane Upstairs is a quaint and charming speakeasy bar, located on 78, Jalan Sultan in the heart of Chinatown (close to Pasar Seni LRT Station) , located in KL’s oldest building -The Grocers Inn, dating from the colonial times.
