Irish pop legend Ronan Keating makes another return to Malaysian shores with a concert up in Genting Highland's Arena of Stars this 15 February 2025 in the middle of his World Tour.
Keating rose to fame as a member of legendary Irish boy band Boyzone in the 1990s, achieving 16 UK top five singles, including six UK number ones, including Words, All That I Need, A Different Beat, No Matter What and You Needed Me before his first solo hit, When You Say Nothing At All, topped the charts in 1999. Ronan Keating's debut solo album, released in 2000, sold over 4.4 million copies and included another solo chart topper Life Is A Rollercoaster.
He continued his success with albums like "Destination", which debuted at number one and featured yet another chart topper If Tomorrow Never Comes. His compilation album, 10 Years of Hits, also reached number one and has sold nearly 2.5 million copies worldwide.
In 2009, he released Songs For My Mother, which became his eighth UK number-one album, and in 2011, he collaborated with Burt Bacharach on "When Ronan Met Burt", which reached No 3 in the UK album chart. His tenth studio album, Time Of My Life, showcased his songwriting skills.
Ronan Keating has received numerous accolades, including a BMI European song-writing award for The Long Goodbye which enjoyed success in the US as a number one single in the Billboard country chart. Most recently his twelfth studio album Songs From Home features a Damien Rice cover version of The Blowers Daughter.
