Arthur’s & Chivas Whisky Celebration
If you are a whisky lover, you must head over to Arthur’s Bar & Grill at the Shangri La, KL, to inexperience the Chivas Regal promotion. Until 31 March 2020, customers can indulge in exceptionally rich Scotch whisky with Arthur's expanded Chivas Regal collection.
Arthur’s is a trendy Manhattan inspired bar & grill and is an ideal place for any social gathering. Together with Chivas, you can combine style with substance, tradition with comfort, for a memorable night out.
Chivas’ smooth and fruity floral character is a truly delicious sensation that is not to be missed.
At Arthur’s Bar & Grill, you can enjoy the Chivas Regal 12YO, the classic Chivas expression that was first launched in 1938. The Chivas 12 is a very versatile whisky that is great for sharing around with friends or for mixing in cocktails.
Also under the expanded collection at Arthur’s is the Chivas XV, the latest addition to the Chivas range. It’s a 15 year old blend that is finished in a Cognac cask and delivers a rich and velvety interpretation of the Chivas house style.
The Chivas Mizunara - a favourite of mine - is the world’s first Scotch whisky finished in Japanese Mizunara oak casks. It is a perfect marriage of Scottish craft and Japanese tradition and is a wondrously indulgent whisky with a touch of spice.
Arthur’s bottle promotion also includes the Chivas Regal 18 Year Old, an incredible blend of 85 flavour notes, infusing hints of dark chocolate, dried fruit and buttery toffee with a velvety finish.
Of course, we mustn’t forget to mention the uber-classic: Chivas Regal 25 Year Old, the world’s first luxury blended whisky with an enticingly fruity blend.
And another favourite of mine, the Chivas Extra. Unveiled in 2014, Chivas Extra uses an Oloroso Sherry cask, giving it a rich spice and notes of dried fruit. The 25YO and Extra are both available by the bottle (not part of the promotion). The Extra is available under the promotion by the glass.
Highlights thus far have included a Chivas Regal cocktail session with the well-known cocktail master Callan Green, and a masterclass whisky tasting with Brand Ambassador Jasper Epsom. Both were fantastic events that allowed customers to deepen their Chivas experience.
The comfortable setting of Arthur’s Bar & Grill fits well with Chivas Regal’s attitude that a serious whisky doesn’t need a serious setting to be enjoyed, and that it is always enjoyed best when it is shared among friends.
