Tales of the Terrace continues at Le Noir's Roof (Terrace) this coming Friday 18th May with longstanding Kuala Lumpur DJ's RaySoo and Joey G.
RaySoo is one of Asia’s leading DJs. His unique and quirky sense of electronic house music has taken him the world over.
Steadily building up a strong catalogue of his own elastic style of productions on various labels such as Love International, Raum and Pornographic and taking his unique and captivating dj talent on tours across Europe, Asia, Middle East and Australia in recent years. His label Love International, with near 40 releases to date by artists from all around the world, is an official charitable label.
Whether as a solo DJ of two decades standing renowned for his expertise in house, tech house and techno or as TV Presenter, Joey G brings his natural charm and charisma from the cameras to the console, always leaving audiences hungry for more. His four-year tenure as one of Channel V’s most popular VJs definitely increased his visibility as a TV personality, but at his core, Joey is a DJ dedicated to taking the culture which nurtured him to new exciting heights.
He has played opening sets for some of the world’s greatest DJs in those two decades such as Carl Cox, Kevin Saunderson, Derrick May, Jeff Mills, Roger Sanchez, Tall Paul, James Zabelia, Marco V, Benny Benasi and many more, and has collaborated with Cuurly (fka Mr Fluff) as electronica duo CosmicSpaceMunkys. On the airwaves “Turn it Up” with Joey G over on Aforadio is your gateway to an intimate mix of the latest upfront dance music from across the globe. For each show, he offers a weekly glimpse into the world of underground house music, its sub genres and its makers.
