Checking in with Malaysia's Tasha for the next few weeks near the end of her current Asian tour. With upcoming appearances at Qibar KL's ERROR 404 night, Lane 23 KL, The Iron Fairies KL and Cha Bo Club in Kuching, Malaysian born DJ producer Tasha finishes her months long string of appearances in this region before heading back to her European base for the spring and summer.
Born and raised in Malaysia, Tasha emerged as a dynamic DJ and producer hailing from Kuala Lumpur. Since 2012, she has called Germany her home, enriching her musical journey with diverse influences. As the co-owner of Ultimative Music Label, rooted in Berlin's thriving music scene, Tasha brings a unique blend of cultural flavours to her craft.
Currently based in the musical paradise of Ibiza, Spain, Tasha has found her groove, captivating audiences at esteemed venues like Es Paradis, Jacaranda Beach Club, Tantra, and many more. Amidst the enchanting Ibiza summer, she graces the shores of The Sunset Ashram, delivering unforgettable sunset sets. As co-founder of the Amethyst Radio Show on Pure Ibiza Radio 97.2FM, Tasha frequently performs live DJ sets on air. She creates an immersive energy that keeps her listeners tuned in and engaged throughout her shows on Thursday nights.
In Germany, Tasha has graced the stages of renowned festivals like Nature One, Heaven and Hill, and Ruhr in Love (as Tiger and Dragon) and many captivating audiences with her electrifying performances.
Across Asia, she has commanded the decks of iconic venues such as ZOUK and Euphoria by Ministry of Sound, while also headlining at prestigious events like MCAsia and A State of Trance 650 at Kuala Lumpur's Bukit Jalil National Stadium. Tasha has performed alongside with Paul van Dyk, Armin van Buuren, Markus Schulz, and many more. Notably, Tasha showcased her talents as part of the Trimix trio, both performing and releasing music across the continent, and also as Droolotte Tasha.
