The Sweatbox to celebrate 7th anniversary at The Iron Fairies KL

Art Xtreme Media’s long standing Sweatbox party is celebrating its 7 year's anniversary at The Iron Fairies KL. From Elysium after party sunrises to Kyō KL (REN) basement vibes to Le Noir KL, Crane Hall and now Fubar KL, the series of parties made people of KL dance till the wee hours, created friendships that turned into family and created a seasoned community of underground electronic music lovers, nurtured new artists, burned thousands of calories on those dancefloors and put thousands of smiles on a lot of people’s faces.

Focusing on forward thinking music, crossing genre boundaries, stepping out of the common sphere and inspiring collaborations and music tastes, Sweatbox is a staple party to go to if you are in Kuala Lumpur. The 7th anniversary kicks off at 9PM on Sunday, 4 December 2022 at The Iron Fairies KL and features no less than 9 artistes, and a special guest – Ocean Lam.

With a signature sound void of pretension and any need to be trendy, enveloping listeners with her own personality and story as basslines pump and roll between slicing snares adrift on delicate vocals. Continuously spiralling and building upwards, playful and bouncing but no less severe or moody, Ocean Lam’s sound is atmospheric, shifting moods and energies whichever way she sees fit.

Ocean has also been unleashing tasteful releases on labels and collaborating with top-tier artists. In recent months, she’s put out exclusive mixes on international channels including 6 am Group, Mixmag Asia, Meoko, Serialism Records, Decay Records, Paradox Egg London, and more.

The night's line up includes the Girls Got Groove, Meliha, Rimka, Julia Deychuk and Biscuit, Otherkind and Obadius, Ocean Lam, Odd and Alam.

RM30 Cover charge for the night. Call +6016-221 3612 or visit for bookings.
