Art Xtreme Media’s The Sweatbox returns to REN @ KYO KL this Saturday, 8 September 2018 with Sweatbox co-residebt Otherkind's own curated edition- "How Deep?"- 12.
They’re not only celebrating a year since his selections of sound gets aired every month, but also this time around he has invited a very special guest – Westseven, as well as fellow Sweatbox resident, Obadius.
The special part about Westseven is that 2018 has seen him well focused on his studio work, yielding two major releases on the the famed Anjunadeep Label: two deep and beautiful cuts reflecting the quality of Westseven's music and his over a decade and a half of honing his production skills. The other special part is the live project he kickstarted with Otherkind, and if you are lucky, you just might get to witness it this Saturday. Westseven’s KL-based Soul De Anima label is also delivering some mesmerizing essential cuts with no no signs of stopping.
Sweatbox resident Otherkind, meanwhile, is preparing a few releases as well on Sweatbox imprint Sweatbox Records, as well as Soul De Anima and Kommunication Records.
As for Obadius, his “Introspection” EP featuring Michelle Vivid is also out in September on Symmetric Records
