Kuala Lumpur's Premier White Party TWP returns after a long hiatus. After tearing it up with legends like DJ Snake, Steve Aoki, Marshmello, and Afrojack, TWP is making its comeback after its last epic show in 2017. Mark your calendars, this 23rd January 2025 (Thursday), they're taking over Kyo at Mandarin Oriental, KL with headliner HUGEL bringing his house music.
Instigator of the Latin House movement with his hit Morenita, HUGEL is a multi gold and platinum selling artist with over 1 billion streams to his name, and with many of his tracks reaching the number 1 spot on Beatport, his music is played in parties all over the world.
He grew up in Marseille by the Mediterranean sea (South of France). His Mom raised him on funk, disco and soul. He discovered the art of Dj’ing with vinyls at the age of 16 years old, influenced by the likes of Carl Cox, Laurent Garnier, Daft Punk, Amine Edge and David Guetta. After a few years learning production he became a hitmaker. His house music is inspired by ibiza (Spain) and the Latin culture that he soaked up during his time living on the Island.
He’s also had residencies at Pacha & Ushuaia in Ibiza, and has played the biggest festivals in the world such as: Burning Man, EDC Vegas, EDC Mexico, Tomorrowland, Lollapalooza, Parookaville, World Club Dome, Mysteryland.
Joining the party are local reps Axel Groove, BAD M.O.B, and Gasing B2B Miska, all set to deliver electrifying sets that will keep the dancefloor alive and unstoppable.
