Located on the 51st floor, Sabayon restaurant was filled with warm hospitality as soon as we arrived. The indoor restaurant with its amazing view of Kuala Lumpur, spacious seatings and a cosy ambience.
Every Sunday from 12noon until 15:00 pm, EQ Sabayon serves a Champagne Barons De Rothschild Sunday Roast. Perfect for a family-friendly gathering with a twist of unlimited servings of the lavish food and drinks carefully curated and prepared for the epicureans.
The highlights of the menu include an array of an unlimited serving of appetizers with fresh oysters, prawns and smoked salmon, classic caesar salad, scrambled eggs, caviar and earthy mushroom soup.
One of the best mushroom soups I’ve ever tasted served in a cute coffee cup and truffles.
Also, stellar selections of entrée with Nova Scotia lobster pasta, Hokkaido scallops, pan-seared cod fish
and their signature Angus roast prime rib.
The crowd-pleasing finisher of artisanal cheese selections and Dessert Art, with dramatic swirls of mango, vanilla, dark chocolate and strawberry sauces are painted at table side, followed by splatters of coconut snow, chocolate soil and pistachio powder
which are mesmerizing to watch while they place the delicate desserts like the macaroons, pralines, mango truffles, and assortments of pastries to complete the dish and our tummy!
Here at Sabayon, you’ll have an unforgettable experience with their 7-courses of the hot and cold unlimited flow of food and Dessert Art comes with an unlimited free flow of non-alcoholic drinks. For the alcoholic fans, you may opt for free flow to sparkle and bedazzle your meals with the unlimited pouring of Barons de Rothschild Champagne and selected alcoholic beverages with a friendly service to match!

Whilst we did only come for the Sunday Roast on this occasion, the menu on other days looks delightful and won't disappoint with the mesmerising views, great food and an overall fantastic dining experience!
