From childhood summers spent in Ibiza, to hearing music blare from their dad’s record room, the Dunmore Brothers have grown up with musical influences from all angles. The duo, brothers Lucas and Louie, with dad here being none other that Defected co-founder and honcho Simon Dunmore, have already turned heads with DJ sets that demonstrate their gift as selectors, while striving to produce records with a range of style and flare attached to them.
Their debut release Step Closer featuring Ayaba Poetic landed on Riva Starr’s Snatch Records, which quickly demonstrated the deep, techy, energetic direction the boys wish to pursue.
