We're proud to welcome James Barker from Hong Kong (WORLD CLASS COUNTRY WINNER 2016) for a Guest Shift with Hennessy this 28th October 2017!

James Barker has worked in London, Malaysia and
Japan – and throughout this, has enjoyed the Southeast Asian culture, lifestyle and flavours.

James is currently a beverage manager, helping to operate a handful of restaurants & bars with hopes in the future to open one of his own in Hong Kong!

He currently works in 208 Duecento Otto, Hong Kong & we're excited to see him shake up our cocktail menu like never before!
