Excited for the mid-week break, this time with well-known cocktailier, Carson Quinn doing up some scrumptious cocktails with Iron Balls Gin. Enjoy our Happy Hours from 5-10pm, followed by Ladies Night from 10pm onwards, and Carson's gin cocktails from 8pm-12am.
Ginger Collins:
45ml Iron Balls Gin
25ml Fresh Lime
25ml Spice Simple Syrup
20ml Fresh Ginger
10ml Egg White
1 Dash Old Fashioned Bitters
Ginger Ale to top
1 piece of dried candied ginger (garnish)
Dry shake, then hard shake all ingredients and strain over new ice in a chilled highball. Top with ginger ale and garnish with candied ginger.
Blushing Caligula:
40ml Iron Balls Gin
10ml Campari
120ml Fever Tree Elderflower
1 dash Bitter Truth Creole Bitters
Orange Zest
Brandied Cherry
In a large balloon glass combine gin, campari and bitters over large ice cubes, top with tonic and stir. Garnish with orange and cherry. Serve.
Le Soixante-Quinze:
30ml Iron Balls Gin
30ml China China
30ml Grapefruit Juice
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
10ml Giffard Gomme
1 dash peychaudes or creole bitter
Sea Salt for rim
Hard shake all ingredients and fine strain into sea salt rimmed chilled coupé. Serve.
El Cabrone
35ml Iron Balls Gin
15ml Mezcal
20ml Giffard Agave Syrup
25ml Fresh Lime
2 Dash Jerry Thomas Bitter
Cracked Black Pepper (Garnish)
Hard shake all ingredients and fine strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with fresh cracked black pepper. Serve.
