Davide is the Group Mixologist and Beverage Director for Soho Hospitality, company that owns successful F&B concept in Bangkok as Havana Social, Above Eleven, Charcoal Tandoor & Mixology, Cantina Wine Bar, Brasserie Cordonnier and the newly opened The Bar Upstairs.
Davide discovered his passion for bartending and mixology in London when he had the opportunity to work at Purl London, one of the first molecular cocktail bars in the city.
As an Italian with a strong passion for food as well, his philosophy of drinking is finding the balance and the right pairing within flavours.
