Joining the already insane line-up of Jiro’s NYE is the legend that is - James Zabiela!

James Zabiela is one of dance music's premiere technical wizards, that turns CDJs into a bona fide instrument in a way that only a handful of DJs have ever been able to. Making full use of all that DJing equipment has to offer, his incorporations of loops, effects and live editing to create an inimitable performance he's taken across the world.

Part of what makes his such a stand out DJ is the close attention he gives to what sounds go well together. Zabiela isn't merely stringing beats together, he takes the care to mix in key and finding melodies that fit with each other like pieces of a puzzle. This makes Zabiela one of house and techno's most colourful, varied and vibrant selectors, with an audience that spans across genres and audiences.

After having spent months "smashing stuff together," in his own words, finding brilliant blends and other eureka moments to highlight and show off; we are counting down the days until him, DJ Apsara, Terence C & Alan_tand take on the decks and bring in the new year!
