Come join Martell brand ambassador Pierre Boyer at Pisco Bar to rediscover Martell cognacs in a “be curious” way. This session will not be dedicated to conventional cognac tasting but to mixology. After tasting Martell’s range of young cognacs, Pierre and the Pisco in-house mixologists will show you how to craft two sadly-forgotten cognac cocktails! Don’t expect to be seated for too long as you’ll be invited to go behind the bar, roll up your sleeves and shake some cocktails yourself!
The oldest of the great houses who has been creating much enjoyed and cherished cognacs since 1715, Martell will partner with us for this event, which is a perfect way to discover the cognac terroir through a different, more fun angle!
Their latest addition, NCF (for ‘Non-Chill Filtered’) is a move away from their ‘classic’ method of distillation. Unlike most cognacs, NCF is filtered at room temperature and not below 0, which preserves its smooth taste in an exceptional way and brings in more expressive aromas, making it perfect to be enjoyed on ice –or in cocktails.
