Pisco Bar Invites two of amazing gents on the shadier side of everything dance worthy this February.

Iñigo Vontier (Turbo Recordings, MEXICO)

Iñigo Vontier is a DJ / Producer from Guadalajara, México. Alongside with other contemporaries he has been defining the new mexican electronic sound.

Vontier journey with music begins in the early 2000s when he bought a cheap machine drum and started making shitty beats in his bedroom. Around 2013 he releases his first tracks as Iñigo Vontier full of cosmic sounds and rough beats. Under his sleeve he has releases in many international labels so far such as Turbo Recordings, Correspondant, Her Majestys Ship, Lumiere Noire and My Favorite Robot just to name a phew. In the last years he has been climbing in the international scene with support by artists like Solomun, Dixon, Chloe, Tiga, Maceo Plex, Ame and many more. The 2017 he colaborated with Red Axes in their second album and the track was selected for "Dior" annual fashion show. This past 2017 he also started his own Record Label with Thomass Jackson called "Calypso Records" to promote Latin American artists in the form of 12".

Thomas Von Party (Multi Culti, CANADA)

Turbo & Multi Culti label impresario, owner of one of Montreal's coolest clubs in Datcha, psychedelic party wizard, Von Party is only recently starting to flex as a producer as well, having spent well over a decade in the industry.

Head of A&R and label manager at Turbo since 2006, Von Party signed and developed artists like Azari & III, Gesaffelstein, and Duke Dumont.

A DJ first and foremost, he’s a mainstay in Montreal’s thriving electronic music scene, having performed at all the major Montreal events: Piknic Electronik, Mutek, Igloofest, Stereo, Neon, and countless underground events. In 2014 Von Party opened Datcha, ranked by Cult Mtl as the top night club in the city, where he is music programmer and resident DJ.

In late 2013 Von Party co-founded Multi Culti: a label and production duo (alongside Dreems) dedicated to far out, exotic, psychedelic music. 2014 saw him release his first original material on Turbo with New Jack Tribal, as well as an EP for Multi Culti and remixes for Alixander III (Azari & III) and Trances (El Guincho).

A recent collab with DJs Pareja, and remixes for Auntie Flo and Tiga vs Boys Noize have previewed a diversity which Von Party exhibits in his sets, with future releases slated for Convex Industries, Origami Sound, as well as a new imprint of his own to showcase collabs with artists like Kane West and Daniel Maloso…
