Scotland’s wild and rugged landscape has captivated many artists throughout history, but perhaps none more than Felix Mendelssohn. Dedicated to Queen Victoria, Mendelssohn’s 3rd Symphony transports us to the lonely, misty ruins at Holyrood. Violinist Tianwa Yang performs Bruch’s Scottish Fantasy – a shining display of traditional folk melodies in true virtuosic style.
