Hareena Hans
Digital Territory Sales Manager, Oracle Digital

Overlay Cloud ERP & EPM managing Australia & New Zealand
Hareena Hans is a sales manager for tech giant Oracle, covering the Aussie and Kiwi parts of the globe. Oracle’s speciality is Cloud-based software that helps government departments and businesses plan their resources and track their performance, which they provide as a continuous service. As you can probably imagine, this sees her use social media and web-based promotional material to help her get the word out on Oracle’s products. So she’s kind of a big deal, you guys.

Despite the pitfalls, the tears and tribulations, Hareena credits her success to her sense of determination, and while she considers herself a self-made person, she acknowledges part of that success stems from the people who put their faith in her experiences and the skills she collected along the way.

Faisal Merican
Senior Broadcast Journalist at Astro Radio.

His career as seen him interview a slew of personalities – from politicians to pundits, sportsmen to social activists, and corporate captains to the odd SME boatman. You may have also heard his dulcet voice and crisp English accent announcing fun things on the radio.
Faisal was a classic intelligent underachiever. He left his university in the mid-90s after years of mediocre school results and constantly being told by lecturers that he was wasting his potential, which was not exactly great for morale. After unsuccessful stints in writing and web design, he stumbled backward into journalism as radio news presenter. Over the past 18 years, he has reported on topics from crime and politics (which was occasionally the same thing), sports, technology and the economy.

Kavin Jayaram
Professional Stand-Up Comedian

Kavin is one of South-East Asia’s most sought-after stand-up comedians. Having been in the Malaysian scene in over a decade, he is a regular fixture and integral part of the stand-up comedy ecosystem here, serving as major talent, organiser, and is a mentor and a source of friendship and support to fellow comedians both new and seasoned.
His most notable achievement of late is getting his own Netflix special, “Everybody Calm Down”, where he renders his signature style of grumpy observational humour and hilariously awkward and anecdotes.
