Although inspired by age-old traditions, its Executive Chinese Chef, Weng serves up imaginative interpretations of Cantonese cuisine for a contemporary take.
Decadent dim sum offerings include pairings of foie gras, chicken and crispy yam; slow-cooked grain-fed beef short wagyu ribs with Chinese herbal broth and 10-year-old Hua Diao Wine; and many more.
