JULY 6/7: Everything in between: Dasha Logan
Dasha Logan has been exposed to the music scene and life of a musician before she can remember, having grown up in a musical family. Now an upcoming artist herself, she has been singing professionally for the past 3 years, but started her journey with music at the tender age of 4 when her love for performing began. At 17 she was offered her first singing gig which kicked off her life on stage and it naturally only took one performance for everyone to see what an amazing talent she has. JULY 6/7: Crackhouse presents Andy Curtain
All the way from Melbourne by way of Shanghai, Andy Curtain is living the modern Australian dream – not living in Australia. Over the last 7 years, Andy has toured through 30 cities in China, Hong Kong, Melbourne, South Korea, and now Malaysia! Having worked with the likes of Ari Shaffir, Russell Howard, and Eddie Izzard, he also runs China's *only* comedy club, Kung Fu Komedy. Host of weekly podcast Stuck in the Middle, his latest show “My Wife, The Russian” sold out in Shanghai as well as the Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2017.

There is such a thing and it has been performed a couple of time in KL over the past 25 years. This production is presented by the Kuala Lumpur City Opera and features a new generation of homegrown performers, with Colombian guest conductor Juan Montoya also at the helm. Executive producers, Danny Chen and Ho Soon Yoon, stage director Christopher Ling, with Chang YiLing, Ho Chi Mei, Samel Lim, Cynthia Tan, Janet Lee, Bui Yik Ling and Sandy Cheng lading the cast.

JULY 6/7: Bobo KL presents the Alberto Marin Flamenco Trio
Alberto returns to the Bobo stage with his raw, passionate representation of the flamenco art-form, taking you through a fast and furious flamenco journey and classic Spanish songs for an evening of pure passion. Featuring singer and flamenco guitarist Carlos Sendros from Barcelona.

JULY 6: Sandra & friends Live at Ril’s
Join them for a night of song, fun and dance. Lots of golden oldies and new twists on contemporary songs. A bit of everything. Talented Aussie singers, Vanessa and Bruce, will guest, and they’ll be supported by Sandra’s awesome band: Simmy on keyboards, Arif on sax, Ayam on drums and AJ on bass. JULY 11: John Thomas Quartet at NBT
John Ashley Thomas started playing drums since he was 3 years old. With credits that include working with Grammy award-winning flautist, Nestor Torres, touring the Blue Note circuit in Japan with Motown legends, The Three Degrees, and playing at numerous jazz festivals including Arts Alive Jazz Fest in South Africa and Jarasum International Jazz in South Korea. Last year John Thomas Trio completed a five city tour in China and two jazz festivals: Beishan International Jazz Festival & Hong Kong International Jazz Festival, where they had the honor of sharing a double billing with piano great Joey Calderazzo and his trio. John Thomas Quartet comprises Thomas (drums), John Dip (keys), Travis Tan (bass) and Chee Seng (guitar).
