With an aim to bring the underground to the surface, Raising The Bar (RTB) curates memorable live experiences for crowds of all sizes – bringing artists and fans together for a good ass time. Following a brief hiatus, Raising The Bar returns with #RTBFest2024 this 25 – 26 May 2024, a two-day celebration of all things hip-hop featuring a diverse offering of music, art, dance, and education. Rachmaninoff’s The Rock, inspired by Anton Chekhov’s short story “Along the Way”, and Brahms’ Symphony No. 1, with melodies reminiscent of Beethoven’s Ninth, complete a programme of poetic melodies and classical masterpieces.
