The opening weekender for the brand new Zouk Mainroom in Zouk Kuala Lumpur. Headlining their first night, 4 October 2018, for the people that don't know, they go by the name of YELLOW CLAW. It's going to be a bumpy ride as we come across the Axis on our journey to the Cosmic Core.
Since 2010, YELLOW CLAW has been quietly inching towards electronic dance music supremacy. Their November 2015 debut, “Blood For Mercy”, bowed at #1 on Billboard’s Heat Seekers Chart and Top/Dance Electronic Albums Chart and scored an Edison Award, the Dutch equivalent of a Grammy. It spawned the mega-smash “In My Room” (feat. Ty Dolla $ign, Tyga, & DJ Mustard), which notched over 104 million Spotify streams.
Along the way, Rolling Stone named them among “10 Artists You Need To Know” as they received further acclaim from SPIN, Dancing Astronaut and many more. They’ve enamoured audiences everywhere from Tomorrowland and Ultra Music Festival to Coachella, Bonnaroo, EDC Las Vegas and Jack Ü’s New Year’s Eve at Madison Square Garden.
“We do this for the fans and hope this is music they can listen to in heartache, in the gym, in pre-game mode, or at work if your boss isn’t looking. Expect hard hitting tremors of Hardstyle music as they land on the Crater. Headlining the 2nd night on the 5th October of the Zouk Mainroom 2.0 Opening Weekender, Frontliner will definitely make the ground shake.
Frontliner, also known as “the Melodyman” started producing at age 11. His passion and perseverance made him discover a way to combine sublime melodies and intense basslines harmoniously. Always elevating his musical skills as he goes. His discography consists of over 100 tracks including legendary Anthems like "Weekend Warriors" and "Symbols" as well as remixes for Armin van Buuren and Hardwell. Support will come from Bass Agents and Chukiess & Whackboi
They have arrived at the Core, finding the source that has kept this place alive. Headlining the last night 6th October of the Zouk Mainroom 2.0 Opening Weekender is LOUD with Blink + Hypeembeats. In it's 8th year running LOUD's motive has never changed, to bring energetic and exhilarating sounds till your ears ring. Admission (with one drink): RM35 before midnight / RM45 after midnight.
