With more than 800 recordings and 10 albums to his credit and over 500,000 copies of his albums sold, it is no wonder that Saxophonist/Composer/Arranger/ Producer Leo Gandelman is worshipped by the mainstream public, the fans of MPB (a Brazilian type of music known as Brazilian Popular Music) as well as the young in Brazil and is one of the more celebrated musicians of Brazil. He was voted “Best Musician of Brazil” for 15 years in succession by readers of the daily newspaper Jornal do Brasil and is honoured with The BrandLaureate Brand Personality Award 2017.
