Monsoon Market, started playing in September 2014 as ‘The Malayans’ for the Kuala Lumpur Eco Film Festival Green Vibes concert organized by Eco Knights. They made their debut as ‘Monsoon Market’ during Urbanscapes 2015, playing at the North Bangsar stage organised by Merdekarya and TerryandTheCrews. They play mostly original songs and have performed in venues such as Merdekarya, a music space in Petaling Jaya by Brian Gomez and Melani Delikan as well as Gaslight Cafe in Bukit Damansara by Syd J. Yohann. Both Venues support young up and coming musicians, singer songwriters and bands.
