2. Marini's on 57 & Marble 8 Kuala Lumpur 2023
New Year’s Eve 2023 is a celebration of past, present and future – guests will be able to reflect on the year that was and the year to come while enjoying the eight-course dinner selection that Marini’s on 57 Restaurant has curated. The dinner opens with a selection of bites, the briny yet fresh flavours of Gallagher Oyster with Champagne Vinaigrette and Beluga Caviar; a buttery Pan-seared Foie Gras with brioche bread, dried figs and green apple chutney; and their signature Scrambled Egg. Up next is a delicate Hokkaido Scallops, followed by a flavourful Lobster Tail risotto with lobster followed by the second main dish of choice. Choose between the tasty Wagyu Tenderloin Score 9 Roasted Tasmanian Ocean Trout as a main.
As the New Year’s Eve dinner edges to a close, nibble on Truffle Taleggio Cheese slices and tarts as a pre-dessert, and then satisfy your sweet cravings with their Monte Bianco dessert has meringue peaks concealing a chestnut paste with rum-flavoured Chantilly cream and edible gold flakes
The New Year’s Eve set dinner menu is available only on 31 December 2023 and is priced at RM1,180++ per person for non-window seating and RM1,280++ per person for window seating.
On New Year's Eve, the Marble 8 set dinner course starts off with the an amuse bouche of a Mini Japanese Wagyu Burger, followed by the Lobster and Scallop Duo. Next up on the menu is Cauliflower Caviar Soup and the pasta is a house-made Truffle Porcini Raviolo served with parmesan truffle cream and blueberries.
For the main dish, the Wagyu Tenderloin M9 – is a perfect combination of flavour and tenderness. The non-beef option is a Baked Ocean Trout.
The sweet ending to the final meal for 2023 is a Semifreddo with Fresh Almonds, that will be served with a 70% Valrhona chocolate sauce.
