Circuitbreaker started his passion for music in the late 80s with a love of early electro, then moving through genres such as acid house, techno, breakbeat and deep house. With a music collection that literally spans decades, his sets truly demonstrate the often clichéd ‘journey’, playing the latest rockin’ tunes, hypnotising bass lines, undiscovered gems and some pure grin inducing hands in the air classics. Having played many clubs in the early nineties, under many different guises, he took a step back from the live scene, all the while continuing to provide a new mix every few months for those in the know. Since 2016, he decided to step out from the shadows once more and take to the decks at Le Noir KL and various venues around the region.

Music Is Love sees the Da Funkie Junkie curated nights with Da Funkie Junkie and friends on resident music duties. The music policy for the night, in terms of vibe and ambience, is to capture the spirit, essence and music integrity of legendary clubs and nights like “Paradise Garage”, “Body & Soul”, “The Loft”, “The Shelter” and “Cielo” in New York; “The Warehouse” and “Music Box” in Chicago, and more contemporary clubs like “Respect Is Burning” and “Secret” in Paris; the early days of “Ministry of Sound” and the funk and cheekiness of “Scaramanga” in London.
The musical ethos is inspired by legendary DJs Larry Levan and David Mancuso and their modern incarnations, Dimitri from Paris, Joey Negro and Danny Krivit. The early hours will provide customers with an opportunity to discover the “roots” of dance music i.e. soul, funk, jazz, disco and Afro-latin beats. The latter stages of the night will build towards current and classic deep soulful house, disco house and garage.

DJ Moma is known as one of Kuala Lumpur's more established hip hop DJs, but this kid is also an open format selector. Moma has built a brand around having a pulse on what is current and hot but still having a vast musical knowledge to play across the board, reading the crowd and rocking parties from hip-hop to dancehall, Afrobeat to top 40. Moma started his career in 2013 and has quickly risen to hold down residencies in popular venues in KL.
From east to west, DJ Shaggz knows how to fill up an empty dance floor. Shaggz, born an African has always admired hip hop since he first heard it. Today he fulfils his dream as he has been given the chance to work with various major hip hop clubs and events in Malaysia. Shaggz's style is like a journey every crowd needs to experience as he has an amazing way of taking the crowd from zero to a hundred with his music. Not to forget, his impressive playlists that transport the crowd to the early days of Hip-Hop up to the current tracks for this day and age.
